I've been a tenant at the Gardens Apartments for over a year and spend on average R500 a month for parking. Remembering that my ticket expires today I didn't bother grabbing it as I know I will be able to get a new one for the month downstairs. Now I had an urgent meeting to attend this morning and forgetting to draw cash to pay for the ticket I politely asked to be let out and I will pay the ticket upon my return.
My request was met with immediate hostility and the way these two people handled me was like I was some kind of prisoner trying to escape.
I was shouted at by one of the ladies that I must "Think before I do things" and "I mustn't come with an attitude". Her tone was derogatory and standoffish. I don't see how you could employ someone as crude and belligerent as this. I didn't warrant the attack and would now like an explanation as to who Omnipark think they are? I will not be spoken to in that matter - EVER!! And, especially not by a service representative.
I understand that there are procedures to follow in instances like this but the way you people handled it was grossly uncouth. Just because you have monopoly at a particular shopping center parking lot doesn't give
