ADT claims that I have an ADT alarm, where as not

I have aplied for an alarm system in March2012 unfortunately on the day of instolation my house was broken into, and they (ADT) people were there to instal the system but could not because the was no electricity, so they left for another day. The lady called MORGAN who was my agent filled in the forms letting my wife to sign on my behalf and she (MORGAN) used that to get access on my bank account to have astop order being deducted on monthly basis, since 2012-07-27. My no HLU000002.Plz help.
