Feedback and no response

Since we were waiting for the fedility security service for the providant fund of the late Shadrack Tshweu.there's nothing happend and we even go to there offices and they have told us that we will no longer hear from them they said there's a person who will call us after 5-weeks preparing us for the payout till now still quite nothing from that person.we are still kept in the darkness not knowing how long the payment will be made.
