My mother cancelled her ADT service as her house was sold and she no longer would be living there. This happened in November 2011. For the last 18 months, she's queried the cancellation... no response. She's cancelled the debit order... only for it to be re-instated a month later. We've spoken to some sales people that promised to get things sorted... nothing.
Can someone, anyone at ADT get back to me about this? Her only alternatives are to close or change her banking account.
