I had the need to call Chubb for a service call-out due to totally needless activations of our security system. I called yesterday and was promised a call before the technician arrived. This promise was kept and the system was tweaked. I found David to be a polite, friendly and extremely helpful member of Chubb. I hope that all our false signals will now be a thing of the past. Thank you very much for restoring my peace of mind.
