My mother was attacked, robbed in our house - the intruders broke in through a bedroom window - I returned, they ran and Chubb was contacted - they responded within 4 minutes and were very good and very professional. Within another 2 minutes the supervisor "Francis" arrived. He took control and was very professional. He arranged that a Chubb car park off and respond from our property for the entire night for our security and peace of mind. Their professional and curtious behaviour is a wonderful example to their profession. Our area is suffering currently from an abnormal spate of crime and it is reassuring to know that we have Chubb on our side.
