What Exactly Am I Paying For?

The story too date:
Thursday night (23rd) power cut @ 16h00.
sms from ADT to let me know power failure @ 18h30.
battery back-up failed @ 20h45.
warning siron tried to contiue until 21h15 - ADT no responce.
power came back on @ 24h00 - ADT phoned to ask if all ok!!! (just a little late if there had been a problem).
after power restoration remotes and keypads did not work - i.e. could not set alarms.
contacted ADT.
saturday night (25th) still no alarm or responce from ADT re. fixing the problem.
HOPE TO THE CRIMINALS WORK THE SAME HOURS AS ADT.
I AM ALSO ASSUMMING MY ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBITED BY THE PRO-RATA AMOUNT FOR NO COVERAGE.
MY SINCERE THANKS TO JP FOR ALL THE PROMISES.
VERY SAD THAT THE ONLY WAY TO GET A RESPONCE FROM ADT IS TO COMPLAIN THRO' CHANNELS LIKE THIS.
