I'm fed up with the bad service experience by our company. You're taking my money for the 3rd month after I have cancelled my services with you. And this after last month of battling to get the money back from you after you just don't care to come back to numerous calls. Yesterday I phoned Mr Myburgh and notified that the premium was deducted again this month. I gave him 24 hours to repay me and that period has passed also. I have not had one phone call since then.
How bad is your billing system that you get it wrong again??? I don't have time to sort out this type of stuff in my busy day.
Pay me back and stop deducting from my account!!!
