I had a CyberSleuthSupreme tracker installed in my delivery vehicle because I need to see where my vehicle is for business purposes.
On more than ten occassions the position of my vehicle has been delayed by over 24 hours (making the product worthless to me).
When I complain I am repeatedly told that ' there is a problem with the system, please be patient'.
This has been going on since installation in February 2013.
I have repeatedly asked to cancel my contract but have been told I need to pay a cancellation fee even though their advertised service does not do what it he company says it does.
