I'm disappointed in the after sales service with ADT.
I singed a contract with ADT end February based on the lock-up service that was offered to me at no additional cost. Because I opened my own business, it really caught my attention as it will be getting dark earlier in Winter time, and I could really use this service.
I called the call centre by lunch time to have this arrangement made for closing of business later the same day, whereby a consultant advised me that I have to phone back an half an hour before we close. I did exactly as I was told, whereby I was told that this services has been stopped for nearly a year now.
I have sent numerous emails to ADT to terminate the contract. Today is day number 10 and I still have not received any feedback.
