Warren I am having a problem that your company has listed me on itc and if you can check your system I have been calling speaking to different people form your call center complaining that my debit order was not been debited and i was told by one of this guys I have been getting when i call that the person who was working on my account has resigned and now when I check my with transunion that I have a DEFAULT under my name by CHUBB.I have also informed your guys that i have sold my house and I want to come and remove the alarm and put it into the house I'm moving to and still today I'm still waiting for them to come, so i need you to investigate why my account was not been DEBITED and also to REMOVE THE DEFAULT ON TRANSUNION PLEASE, please refer to your system if you need any clarity or speak to palesa from cliant liason service for more information or clarity and PLEASE reply to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because now i can't do nothing while your company has listed on itc. Can you also check for me why did they decided to stop the debit order and even today I'm still waiting for your guys to come and FETCH the fm
