ADT as incompetent as always again!

We have given notice for not renewing our contracts with ADT due to their TERRIBLE service and bad attitude. Now when I confirm, they say I must give another month's notice??!! I already gave 2 months' notice. This is unethical and just show their incompetence and inability to sort their admin out. PLEASE RECTIFY YOUR OWN MES!!!
