I stay in Cosmo city and i don't see the car patrolling my place, only when i give a call thats when they come through and they come for about 2 weeks and disappear again, i got an sms saying they increasing the fee because the petrol went up and i dont understand as i dont see the car, we had our car tires (4) in the yard, i assume the know that the securities we pay for they dont patrol so its easy for them, i called ADT recently wanting to terminate my contract they told me they will patrol my house but i only got one receipt meaning he came once and that was it, im told i cant terminate my contract because i have to wait for the two years i signed for but i feel like i am just paying for nothing, they get my money every month and i get nothing. I am not a happy customer.
