Altech Netstar
No service but billing

I was called by a Netstar consultant who advised me to pay outstanding amount of about R800, which i paid and forwarded proof of payment, and he advised me to cancel contract since I was no longer having vehicle and I did.

Surprisingly after a year another consultant called me and giving me wrong details of monies I paid to Netstar, and requesting me to pay R7000! But there has been no courtesy call ever since! Only when they want to rip off people's money.

Service is extremely poor.
