Disgusting service

I have been trying for 2 days to get a agent on the line for a qoute to put a alarm in my house.
i have tried for 7 phone calls and every call is at least 20-30 min and eventually i get disconnected
I get promised by the reception for someone to call me and they never do
They are useless!!!
I wont even trust them to look after my dogs
