In February, I got ADT out to move the beams to my new address. They never sent out an agent and upon getting to the new address they needed to put in an extra bracket. They double charged my account for this and I have been trying since March to get this sorted out but to no avail. I want this sorted out now cause if they phone me one more time to say the balance is outstanding I am going to lose it with this pathetic company!!!
