First incident happened last Friday where tracker could not get hold of me so they phone my wife, which is BULL as my wife got hold of me straight away.
I phoned tracker to find out what is going on and they told me that their system is having problems with the ranking and other people are having the same problem and they assured me that the problem would be resolved.
Then the next day Tracker again sent an SMS to my wife at - 18:45 and I did not respond to see how long it took Tracker to call me, at about 21:00pm, more than two hours later I received an electronic system phone call.
I phoned Tracker straight away to find out what is going on, the agent first was hesitant to help as they blamed it on slow systems and then could not explain why the phone call was more than 2 hours late, they also told me that a manager would call me to discuss, it is 4 work days later and NO CALL

I DEMAND a written explanation of why I was only phoned 2 hours later after I received the SMS and in the same letter I need the KPI turnaround time of what the timelines should be between SMS and phone call

This is pathetic and surely there is something about this in the consumer protection act
