I hade an arrangement with tracker for a unit to be re-installed in my vehicle as the previous owner and I had an arrangement but when tracker came they did a total new installation which they say I am now liable to pay for and it cannot be changed to a re-installation, I have called several times to sort this mess but instead have been transferred form one consultant to another each n every time, when eventually getting someone to assist I was informed that the recording where I requested the re-installation cannot be found which I deem unprofessional and pathetic as this is now leaving me in a situation.
