Over the last 2/3 weeks our alarm were activated on 3 different occasions in the early mornings. The ADT armed response took over 10 minutes each time to arrive, resulting on us having to phone the ADT call centre more than once to ask where the armed response was whilst not sure whether some one has breach our property and roaming around in/on our property.
After the first incident a senior ADT officer came to see me in the early mornings and said that it was unacceptable and that an investigation will be conducted. Problem is that there were 3 different ADT guys coming out during the above 3 occasions.
The reason for the slow response seems to be that ADT is covering a the larger Kenridge and surrounding areas with only 1 guy, whilst making money from all their clients. I don't feel safe with ADT, and want to cancel my contract with them, unless they can indicate how they will address the issue.
On Tuesday, 30 April I complained again and the control room agent informed me that a "senior" will come and see me at my residence. An appointment was made for after 18h00. I raced from work to be on time. I was. Nobody arrived and still waiting.
