I have had a number of incidents with them, the one that annoyed me most happened when I left instructions with the control room that I will be out of the country for a week and a half. I told them who to contact should there be issues. I also informed them that there will be two employees on the premises on certain days; I provided their names as well.
On my return I discovered that they ignored my instructions and refused to let them enter the premises.
I queried this with CMS they fist said that they have no record of the instruction, which is a blatant as they managed to phone the right person. I also spoke to a lady that confirmed they do have the details on their system, she could even give me the names of the two people.
When I confronted the supervisor with this he all of a sudden confirmed that the instruction was indeed on the system but according to him it was entered on the wrong place in the system.
I escalated the matter to senior management who is equally as unhelpful. They are not willing to take responsibility for the error and they don't want to compensate me for losses suffered. (I had to pay my employees even if they could not work; it is not their fault)
