My wife and I are the most recent victims who lived in KuBali. We have stayed there for two years. The place has been marketed to us as this stunning security estate, with swimming facilities, entertainment area etc. Yeah, right. Nevertheless, we stayed for almost two years. My wife, domestic worker and myself has been sworn to about our dog, after we gained permission to have dogs. A couple of weeks ago, we decided to give notice to move out of the estate due to the place deteriorating, crime and being treated like children. I have spoken to Susan, the home owner, and told her that we would giver two months notice, which fell on 1/1/14. Trying to get get our arrangements together, I have informed her that I would only be able to move on 08/01/2014. She gave me such a hard time, that I decided to move on 07/12/2013. I informed her, and now she threatens me, if I do not vacate the premises by 30/11/2013, I will forfeit my deposit, to recover her losses. What losses?
Be warned. If you have any intention of renting no.: 8, be careful. Make sure you have a legal contract (which is not falsified), and a proper faults list. I might haunt you afterwards!!!
