Termination of contract raises t's & c's

I have been using traker alert since 2006, in july 2013 i switched to tracker skytrax, on 04.11.2013 mi insurance notified me that since insured vehicle is less than r200000.00, there is no need for tracker, to mi suprise when i call tracker to terminate contract i am told of 3 years contract that i wasnt notified of.tracker is really failing its people, i want out, for past 6 months i never got any joy from mi tracke
