Is there anyone at Tracker that can help me with my new Tom Tom. I Changed my fleet from Tracker Skytrax to Tracker Tom tom in March and i'm strugling to get support! I was assured that I will not be billed for both supscriptions, but I were billed for both supscriptions. I send Trackers accounts department, Alan Watson and Andrew Beard a mail to request remittance advice on the invoice and four weeks later have not recieved any. I was told to call productsupport and are listing to a voicerecording for 40 minutes and still waiting!
