My daughter especially got up extra early to ensure she'd receive tickets for the Emenim concert. She only had enough money to buy two tickets for the standing field tickets.
It was ensured through advertising by computicket that all branches will oipen at 09:00 and that queues can be expected.
Well at 09:20 she phoned me to say the branch had not yet opened and there were only about 40 people in front of her.
They eventually opened in their own time and when my daughter got to the front she was told the standing tickets had just sold out.
All this because the branch never opened on time; JUST NOT FAIR. My two kids were so excited and then the lady told her there is only sitting room at R1700. She only had R1500 for the standing tickets.
