I have been activating payment via debit order for the past three months but every month my services get cut off and I have to pay the extra reconnection fee. At first I did it online as they advertised, they did not deduct and I thought oh maybe I did something wrong, I call the call center to arrange the for the debit order and this is the sms I got: DStv We regret that we've had to suspend your services. For activation, pls pay R325 (incl. recon fee) 2day To pay @ PEP, Pnp & Spar use ref 1137478165454.

Or do they just enjoy charging the extra fee. for days. Maybe I should just change to Top Tv.
