I have been paying my DSTV account via EFT with no failure and 2 months ago I was called by one of their reps that I should opt for a debit order hopefully might win prize on offer. As that option was more convenient I agreed. In my 1st month I forgot the debit order arrangement and made the payment via EFT and was debited again. So I reversed the debit as I have already made the payment. Last month I thought that they would debit of which they did not subsequently my services was suspended. It was so embarrassing to learn from my kids about that ordeal. Prior to the debit order arrangement, I was never in that situation before. I then immediately paid them via EFT and my services was reintstated promptly. Since the suspension my 2nd TV is not working as the eye is not coming on. My frustration is that I have to use my mobile to call them and wait for almost 10minutes before my case is attended and then another 10minutes for their consultants to do the diagnosis. I am not happy at all with their service and should have not opted for the debit order option. If I had ana alernative I would be terminating my contract with them.
