Paying for a service that im not using

My decoder is faulty / damaged. i took it to the maponya branch. they advised that it needs to be replaced. they dont have decoders in stock. i have to keep on calling them. is this the kind of service im paying for. if it takes the whole month for me to get a replacement, then are you expecting me to pay on the 25.05.2013?
this is absurd
