DSTV services cut unfairly

I have a debit order agreement in place with multichoice and never had non payment problems. As in the past few years I upgraded my service for only one day and downgraded again. Normally the extra charges gets added to my debit order every month. This time my services was summarily cut and when I phoned in I had to hear the R15 for the one day must be paid immediately for it to be connected again. There is also a reconnection fee cause my services was cut because of non payment. Why should I pay this R15 if already have an agreement with dstv to take their money from my bank account? This is an unfair policy and I think the consumer commission should investigate this. A LOYAL AND PAYING CUSTOMER ARE BEING TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL. THIS IS AN INFRINGEMENT ON MY RIGHTS AND MY DIGNITY.
