Lack of customer care

On the 19th April I phoned to enquire about hiring a dancefloor for an event in May.
I was told yes there is availability and I must send in my requirements via email. I did this right after the phone call.

I got no response so I emailed again on 22nd April to which I got a phone call asking me the same questions that I had answered in the email.

on 23 April I then I receive another email asking the same questions as above, I then reply with the same details and answers...

Today, the 24th April I then receive a rude uprupt email saying "There is no availablilty"

No phone call or anything to apologise... I have never received such service in Cape Town, and that is saying a lot!

I am appalled... I am in the event industry and I will do everything I can to avoid using this company again.
