I sent a complaint to Pick n Pay, Shop 23, Picbel Parkade, 58 Strand Street, Cape Town 8000, on the 16th of April'13 regarding their Rolls that weren't fresh on that morning I bought it. I received the following email response, "Thank you for your email. I have forward it to the corporate brand department to assist." Then I sent another email asking why my email was forwarded because nobody got back to me. I then received the following response "Thank you for your email. The technologist is dealing with this and you will get a refund shortly in the post" on the 18th April'13. My initial email was sent to the following email address [Email Removed] Up until now I've received no feedback, not that I wanted anything in return. CustomerCare really!
