To whom it may concern, I am appauled at the service I am recieving from multichoice for the passed 7 odd months with my dstv walka... every month without fail there is an error that comes up on the screen and i am unable to view any channels and multichoise does not pick up this error and asssit in anyway and if i do not call the call centre which takes atleast 10 to 15 minutes on a quiet day then the walka stays disconnected yet they still debit my account every month. this is becoming extremely frustrating as i do not have a landline and it costs way to much to call the call centre every month when this does happen and i eventually got so frustrated with calling that i just left it but the part that really gets to me is that i still get debited every month for the a service i am unable to use through no fault of mine... if this conrinues i might as well not pay for the service and when i do call to get assistance there is no aplogy given and no reason as to why this happends every month. I am an avid sports sport and thats the main reason i purchased the walka the first month it was released but sad to say i have also encountered endless problems from the first month!!!
