I requested assistance by both phoning the call centre as well as emailing the internet banking support for assistance on an incorrect internet banking transfer which I did last week Tuesday morning. I called the call centre about 5 times and got passed from one area to the next with no help at all. I was told to email [Email Removed] with the information which I have now done about 4 times as well as to [Email Removed] Up until now I have not so much as even received a reference number!!! I called the call centre again on Thursday last week and was told it takes 72 hours to receive a reference. If that is the fact then why am I still waiting almost a week later?
