Im not impressed with the service i have received from Nashua Mobile. The feedback and technical knowledge is atrocious. I called tech support yesterday at 10:12am to assist me with my email setup password. The "technical" person had no knowledge as to what i was refering to as he kept telling me i should phone telkom for my email passwords.
I told him i know my email usernames and passwords and that my device was asking for a user and password to setup my email on the device. 25min went on and all he could advise me to do is "wipe" the handset.
I "wiped" the handset and it did not work. I eventually found the details i was looking for but no thanks to nashua mobile who wasted 25min of my call time for what... nothing. I suggest sufficient training be done on technical staff. I do suggest you refund me my 25min
