5 days ago I noticed that my the program menu does not display MUSIC &; RADIO anymore just MUSIC and that I only have access to 7 TV music channels and that all my radio channels (138) have disappeared off the selection menu! I called technical support who informed me that I should have the decoder tested and if something was wrong repairs could cost up to R365!
I do not agree with this `solution' as presented by the technical call centre as I am sure it is a software problem on their side, which no-one seems to have the competence to fix! The reason that I think this is when one reboots and the programs and channels appear Radio still shows 138 channels. How can this be a hardware problem!? Doesn't make sense and I am not prepared to go through all the trouble to take the unit in for repairs if someone competent has not provided feedback that makes sense. I would appreciate if this problem is escalated to Technical support Management with quick reply.
