No access to radio channels

I recently could no longer access the radio channels on my DSTV decoder. I contacted the call centre, who although friendly, could not sort out the problem. They promised that a technical team would contact me but all I got was an email which didn't help. I then, in turn, sent an email to [Email Removed] but got no joy here either. In the absence of some way of escalating this problem, I searched around and found the name of the CEO of Mnet - Patricia van Rooyen and sent her a mail explaining my frustration. She responded within the hour, on a public holiday, with an undertaking to get the appropriate person to contact me the next day. The head of one of the Technical Divisions contacted me the next day and within an hour identified the problem - my remote control. They have offered me a new remote control - problem solved!
