When are they replacing the old channels for new??

When will they replace the channels that was taken away in December, we Urgently wants to know other wise we have to pay less subscription fees per month, and please advise why is there so many unnecessary music channels, we don't pay to hear music, we pay to watch real channels!!! please advise so we can start looking into other options.
