Frequency Change in Cape Town

Last Thursday I got an email from MultiChoice advising of the frequency change 22.04.2013 but forgot about it. Last night I was rudely supprised that I had to view. I called the callcentre and spoke to Takalani who didn't seem to know what he was talking about but I entertained him and did as instructed as he spoke me through the frequency re-adjustment. We did this 5 times before I got annoyed and advised everytime he tells me to do something different from before her know what his doing. He advised that I might be the problem as I was not taking direction properly. I reminded him that I am the customer he can drop the attiitude. I said something in response to one of his comments and responded by saying" who has the attitude now? " Now I did not take kindly to this and insisted to speak to his superior. Jabulani assisted me adgin spoke me through a completely different process but still nothing. He advised he will ahve to escalate and will get someone either Bheki or Promise to call me at 08:30 2304.2013. NO-ONE CALLED!!! Bheki called at 11:45 and I advised it is neither 08:30 no a convenient time to speak please call back at 12:00, I still ahve not had a call. Thanks Multichoic
