We are using the DSTV Xtraview for atleast two years. I never called DSTV call centre at all for any enquiry and suddenly since tonight our Xtraview got delinked. We called 011 289 2222 and spoke to the Xtraview department to assist us to reconnect. After R29 airtime and also got cut of in the middle of the conversation, we are still experience this error. The error code that we got on the Xtraview (secondary machine) is E16-4. My smartcard number is: 42722944768 (for primary machine). I am very upset because for what reason did they delinked my xtraview and now its airtime, frustration and inconvenient. They must fix this immediately because I cannot call again R29 airtime
