Not too long ago we had a mishap with the double billing of the bouquet on dstv, which was resolved by Thandi. Thank you for this. Unfortunately I'm back as xtraview was loaded as agreed. Even when I phone the call centre the IVR advises me that I will be put through to the correct consultant to assist me as I have xtravIew.. E16-4 is the error code reflecting even though my bill is paid. The consultant then advises me that the decoder smart card is suspended as the xtraview is also suspended. This makes absolutely no sense as it worked perfectly fine yesterday. Please can someone just fix this as I'm really getting desperate for DSTV to get their customer servicie working. I do actually pay for a service.
