In July 2012, i requested pvr setup and xtraview. i discovered now that i was being charged R70, 00 for Xtraview and full dstv premiun of R625.00 since July 2012. I phone customer call centre on 28 June 2013 to request an explanation. Kabelo Ramorake checked and confirmed that on 8 July 2012 i phoned in request Xtraview and could not establish why i was being charged double. he spoke to his supervisor Abdul and they agreed to investingate and provide feedback within 2 days. Nobody called me back and i made a followup on 2 or 3 July and was told somebody will call back and the additional charges were cancelled and Xtraview setup without any issues. on saturday, 6 July 2013 Nonhlanla phoned to say they are still investigating and will let me know. To date, i have not heard from anyone from Multichoice. I require my account to be reconciled from 1 July 2012 to date and all monies refunded as soon as possible.
