On 4thJan 2013 I personally went into theMiddelburg Multichoice agent and requested that they deactivate my holiday home account. As i did not have my smart card numbers with me I gave them my ID number and explained that I have an HD decoder and Xtraview decoder at my primary residence which I wish to continue.

On the 17th Jan after being on business I returned to my primary residence to find that they deactivated my Xtraview decoder. I phoned into helpline to explain the situation and requested that they not charge for the period between 4th an 17th.

30minutes later the Xtraview and hd decoder still not reactivated. Considering cancelling the whole lot.
