Overcharge and disconnection problems

I have been an avid viewer of DSTV since March 1999 without EVER being disconnected. I am in dispute with Mr Sipho who can be contacted on 031-710 2222 with regards to Multichoice disconnecting my viewing though I have been a yearly Easy View subscriber paid in advance. During the year I requested Multichoice to open up Compact Viewing at R19.67 a day. One was for a month and another was only for 6 days. The former was for R374 (including reconnection and overcharge) paid on my behalf by a family member. The latter was for R118.02.

My dispute is that I am not obligated to pay seperate reconnection charges while I am still a yearly subscriber, although this is what I am being forced to do.
I have the relevant documentation which I will gladly fax/email to you for your perusal if required.
