I have a monthly debit order with DSTV. My account is and was always up to date. My subscription has been disconnected 5 times this month. I have had 5 apoligies and 5 reconnection fees refunded. I have lost minimum 5 days of viewing and spent on average 15 min per call from my cell 75min of airtime (more than my subscription) I have raised it with call center agents who said I should raise it with a supervisor who said they will raise with a manager. To date no one has called me and my subscription was disconnected this morning again.
I had to use hello peter as a frustrated last resort as we are going for round 6 reconnection!!!
