Never able to get through to call centre

The call centre is so pathetic, I have been holding almost all morning to get through to an agent in order to load a voucher to my account. I am getting fed up and need someone to call me back... Quick to disconnect accounts but are never available for your customers. The call centre agents are never even capable of helping when you actually do get through and are most of the time incapable of speaking or properly understanding english.

I want someone to call me asap as I am tired of been put on hold!
