Billing do not make sense

To whom it may concern

I have recently updated/upgraded my package with your guys (Premium package - R 625).

I was notify by your agent (call centre) that I will be paying an amount of R935.00 in April 2013 (26/04/2013).

Would you kindly explain how do you guys get the amount.

I was explained by your agent :

R 189 .00 (pro rata amount - for what)
R 70 .00. ( Extra view - I understand this)
R 625 (new monthly payment understand that).

The amount of R186 do not make sense - is this amount because I was on the compact package from 27/03/2013 to 09/04/2013.

If that's the case then you must make the premium package also pro rata from 09/04/2013 to 26/04/2013.

I await your urgent reply in writing.
