DSTV please please send your telephone people for training, for example instead of giving the shareholderrs 80% profits why not give them 70% and spend some more money on training, your staff clearly need it. I spent the best part of Sunday afternoon trying to get someone at DSTV to get a clue and listen to me when I told them that channel 182 had no sound... pretty straightforward you would think. Not when dealing with Lungi who went into a lengthy explanation as to why he could not report the matter - firstly he advised me the control room must be aware of the problem, ok, I said, I'll hold on and you check with them, no he couldn't do that I was told, this nonsense carried on for a good 5 minutes until I eventually rang off. It took a further 3 attempts by me to finally get someone to assist me and thank after a full day of no sound on 182 the sound finally returned at 17h50. The ads (obviously) always had sound but the actual programmes were like watching a silent movie. Shocking shabby horrid service from DSTV yet you have the gall to keep increasing your rates. Please somebody out there we need some competition for these!!!
