WE HAVE JUST TUNED INTO CHANNELL 107 TO WATCH SPARKLE, BUT THERE IS NO SOUND. THERE IS SOUND ON THE OTHER CHANELLS. DOES MULTICHOICE HAVE PEOPLE MONITORING THE CHANNELS? IF SO WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO CORRECT A BLUNDER BY THEM, CONSIDERING HOW MUCH WE PAY. VERY UNHAPPY!
