PAYMENT MADE BUT NO SERVICE

I MADE PAYMENT ON MY TOPTV ACCOUNT ON THE 27 FEBRUARY 2013 FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH AND WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE MY SERVICE RE INSTATED, I WA STOLD THAT PAYMENT WAS NOT REFLECTING. EVENTUALLY MY SERVICE WAS RE CONNECTED ON THE 02 MARCH BUT APPROXIMATELY 5 DAYS LATER, MY SERVICE WAS DIS CONNECTED.
IO HAVE SINCE SPOKEN TO THABELO AND NATALIE WHO BOTH INFORMED THAT MY PAYMENT WAS TAKEN FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY. I ASKED BOTH THESE CONSULTANTS HOW THAT COULD BE POSSIBLE AS I HAD NO SERVICE AND WAS DISCONNECTED FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY.
I ALSO REQUESTED FROM THE BOTH OF THEM THAT THEY GET THEIR TEAM LEADER OR SUPERIOR TO CALL ME ASAP.
TO DATE, I AM STILLWAITING TO BE CONTACTED FROM TOPTV!!!
THIS IS THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I WAS A DSTV SUBSRIBOR AND I NEVER RECEIVED THIS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THEM.
DO I NEED TO TAKE THIS TO MEDIA AND THE OMBUDSMAN BEFORE I AM CONTACTED AND THIS ISSUE RESOLVED???
TOPTV SERVICE IS PATHETIC.THE CUSTOMER HAS TO ALWAYS CALL THEM AND THEN ASKED A BUNCH OF QUESTIONS, ALL AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE!!
IF I DONT RECEIVE A CALL ASAP, I WILL BE MAKING THIS PUBLIC SO AS TO ALERT OTHERS OF HOW TOPTV RIPS OFF CLIENTS!
