Frustrating Accounts Service from DSTV

I paid my March account via PnP, one of the nominated third party pay points by DSTV. So I was surprised when the envelop on my screen was talking of R1260 for April. When I called from my mobile it tells me that I am R509 in credit so I figured its not a big issue. When I went to Randburg Multichoice offices I was confronted (not served) by a rude young lady who kept saying to me, (even after I played her the voice message from DSTV about the credit on my phone) "You have not paid...". Her supervisor suggested that I go and get the proof of payment from PnP. When I drove back, Shirley Mhlongo assured me that she would sort it out but in the meantime they will not switch me off. She will make a note on the system. On 1 April I was promptly switched off. She gave me her card even, which when I called talks of DSTV hours from 08H00 to 05H00pm but at 09H00 am there was no one answering. I insisted on a discount on my next payment for all the troubles and Victoria Olawumi insisted that she has given me a discount as the fees have gone up. Today I got an sms to say that I am in arrears of R90.67, the very discount!! Can I speak to a manager with solution for me PLEASE..
