WHY KEEP MY CREDIT?

I switched off my DSTV because of bad billing problems and no help coming from anyone other than through Hello Peter. The now are keeping my credit of just over R200 on their books - FOR WHEN I SWITCH DSTV ON AGAIN THEN IT WILL RE-ACTIVATE.

I will NEVER, EVER switch on DSTV again, so they tell me that in that case I will have to forfeit my credit.

Is this not big business my money? Are they that hard up?

People check out Netflix and Hula. Much cheaper!
